Matthew BraceBack to team
Matt spent the early part of his career at a well-established home shopping contact centre before moving to Mainstay in 2012 as Property Service Advisor. Progressing to a Team Leader within 6 months, he improved high levels of service delivery within the Midlands and South West Customer service team.
Since, Matt has since held a number of operational roles, He was appointed as Property Manager in 2014 and Business Support Manager in 2016 which has exposed him to all areas of the industry and Business.
Matt was appointed as Associate Director - Property Services in September 2017, responsible for key Customer facing teams; he has been instrumental in driving Customer Service levels higher, along with implementing Standard Operating Procedures to aid the integration and use of Asset data.
