Jess’ main responsibility is to continue to drive and develop our customer focused philosophy and its associated ‘wow’ factor for our customers. The standards implemented by Jess reflect a 5* customer experience, which in turn enhance our customers’ property asset values. All activities in Jess’s remit have the Resident, Customer and Client in mind, with initiatives designed to improve the quality of community in the development, implemented by the team on site.
