We work closely with customer communities to ensure environmental stewardship, health and safety management and social and ethical conduct on our schemes is of the highest standard. We seek to create sustainable long term benefit and a transparent and accountable culture.
The Mainstay Group operates a comprehensive health, safety and environmental management system as part of our wider quality management regime, which is underpinned by rigorous policies and procedures aimed at supporting our wider CSR commitment. As an employer, we are fully committed to the welfare of our workforce, supporting the communities in which we operate, and the charities that mean so much to them. Through the great work of our Social Committee each year we are able to provide funding and benefit in kind to a number of worthy causes. We actively promote and support individuals and groups of employees who participate in charitable events.
Mainstay staff regularly raise funds in support of national events such as:
- Comic Relief
- Children in Need
- Macmillan Coffee mornings.
We also support The Choir with No Name, a charity who run choirs for homeless and marginalised people.
The choirs provide an opportunity for people to meet on a weekly basis to rehearse, have a hot meal and socialise and build confidence and abilities through regular public performances.
