Mainstay is pleased to confirm it has secured a place in the finals at the North West Grafters, competing against some of the best names in Property Management for the title of Best Residential Property Management Company.
The Grafters Awards allows companies and individuals across all aspects of the construction and property sector to have their achievements recognised. This year the format has been changed and companies will not only have to seek votes (50%) but they will also have to wow the judges (for 50%).
Mainstay has also recently been shortlisted in the Property Week RESI Awards 2019 for Property Manager of the Year and the Midlands Service Excellence Awards for Company of the Year.
Luke Sanders, Group Managing Director says, “It’s a real honour to have been nominated by our peers for Best Residential Property Management Company and to have our hard work recognised.”
“We’re committed to offering a best in class service to our clients and residents by taking a transformational property management approach.”
The winners of the NW Grafters will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel in Manchester on Thursday 16th May.
