It has been just over a week since our last update to you (click here to read the previous update). We want to reassure our customers that we are monitoring the Government and Public Health England advice and information.

Our priority remains the health and safety of our colleagues, customers and visitors; we continue to balance our important role in keeping buildings safe, secure and clean at this time of greater occupancy with the requirement to minimise social interaction.

We have already implemented several measures in response to the Coronavirus outbreak.

Where possible, staff are working remotely at home. This transition has worked well with little disruption to our business operations. Our IT infrastructure enables us to continue to provide a full range of services with the same controls, including answering customer enquiries, organising maintenance, paying suppliers, dealing with solicitors’ enquiries, etc.

We are continuing to update our customers locally in relation to any adverse impact or specific matters at their development in writing and via our portal.

Our main contact points for customers remain open, however we are encouraging our customers to e-mail or use our portal, leaving our phone lines open for emergencies and calls of an urgent nature. We are also asking customers to make sure that we hold your up-to-date email address and contact number. If you are unsure if we hold your correct contact details please send them to mail@mainstaygroup.co.uk along with your property address.
