Mainstay are delighted to announce that our submission for the ‘Best Customer Service Co-Creation/Collaboration’ category in partnership with Ascot Services and Direct Line Group has been shortlisted as a finalist at this years The Institute of Customer Services UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.

A ceremony will be held in March 2020 where we hope to be crowned winner.
