Mainstay Group is a leading Property Management company based in Worcester. We are looking to recruit a Contract Administrator to work on a permanent basis on one of our key accounts. This would suit someone who enjoys a mix of administrative and telephone based duties.

Duties:

In this role you’ll be working collaboratively and on a one to one basis with individuals within the team and providing support for the many workstreams that the team deliver. This will require excellent time management and administrative skills as well as being adaptable to cover a variety of tasks.

Confident communication is of equal importance when dealing with requirements to create a positive relationship and to enhance the customer experience that the contract is charged to deliver.

Maintaining, managing influencing and negotiating external suppliers and contractors in line with the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) is also an important element of this role.

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you’ll take ownership of queries and see them through to completion with the full support of your colleagues.

Person Specification:

  • You’ll have previous experience in an administrative or office customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to take ownership to solve problems to a satisfactory resolution
  • IT literate in MS Office
  • Focussed on improving the customer experience and a willingness to embrace change.
  • Possess a strong ‘can-do’ attitude with a confident approach to ownership and accountability
  • To deal with conflict effectively and positively
  • To have pride in your role and appreciate the impact you have on team performance.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team which will be working remotely from your location.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to priorities.

This position is for 38 hours per week Monday to Friday. In return you’ll be offered career and salary progression in a successful company.
