Additionally, strong relationships with letting agents across the UK help us to deliver a rapid turnaround on voids and an excellent renewal rate.
We believe in providing high quality and measurable performance data on all aspects of your portfolio. Where possible we are happy to agree targets and performance criteria that are tied to incentivised fee structures.
Mainstay believes that it is essential to train staff at all levels. All of our managers undergo ARLA 2000 and ARLA Advanced Level training as well as studying for the IRPM qualification. Additionally all staff attend twice yearly Health and Safety training.
