MFM also operates a maintenance and repair service within key locations.

Our specialist team provides a tailor-made solution to your property providing staff to suit your requirements whilst removing the administrative and supervisory burden. MFM provides concierge, building managers, cleaners, caretakers and security staff, all trained to our high standards and closely supervised by senior managers.
Our staff are fully trained in all aspects of their role from health and safety through to the operational requirements of their specific location and will behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Each member of staff is supported by a Head Office based HR team and a local manager who carries out frequent checks on standards and provides support, guidance and supervision to ensure that our service meets the expectations of our customers.
Provision of staffMFM offer a wide range of staff to residential and commercial sites and will source and train employees to suit the requirements of each contract and budget. By investing heavily at the front end in recruiting the right individuals and providing in-depth training on each specific job, we are confident that our employees are technically the best around and will provide a friendly and helpful face to our clients and customers.
Supervision of staffMFM has learnt from the experiences of its clients and competitors that close supervision of site staff is required for a service to be successful. Each member of staff has a direct reporting line to a local manager who will ensure that they are adequately trained for their role and performing to the standards expected by carrying out frequent cleaning audits and Health & Safety inspections.
Our experience has shown that staff who are motivated, enthusiastic and loyal to their employer and client provide the highest standard of service.
We are conscious that our site based colleagues are the first line of communication for customers and it is imperative that they strive to achieve the same high service values that we all believe in.
Training and DevelopmentAt MFM we believe that providing a career rather than a job and providing training on systems and responsibilites is a key way to keep our staff motivated and dedicated.
We offer staff NVQ training in customer service and cleaning where relevant, thereby improving the service we provide whilst giving the individual an opportunity to gain a recognised qualification.
We also provide on-site training that is specific to their location and their role but adheres to our high company standards. We carry out frequent reviews and reminder sessions where appropriate.
Each site is also provided with a full handbook of procedures and a Health and Safety Guidance File.
Health and SafetyWe provide all our staff with training on a wide range of relevant health and safety legislation and our own internal procedures and processes.

Uniforms & PPEAll our staff are provided with uniforms appropriate to their role. Concierge are well presented in smart, branded, navy coloured suits whilst cleaners and caretakers wear navy work attire with branded tabards.
All staff roles are risk assessed and appropriate protective equipment provided.
Maintenance Technicians Through Mainstay Facilities Management, we operate a mobile maintenance service to properties in certain key locations. This service is offered through a qualified and knowledgeable technician to handle repairs and maintenance, at a cost effective rate. By offering this service in-house, we are able to ensure that each maintenance technician has an in-depth knowledge of their sites.
