Principal, David Clark, is a former Chairman of ARMA and founding Governor of IRPM. Mainstay has been on the board of ARHM and is currently represented on the Council and Practice Committees of ARMA.

Mainstay is a RICS member company and is registered for insurance mediation purposes with the FSA.

We are members of the ‘Real Service’ Benchmarking Group and are in the top quartile in all areas measured. Mainstay recently came 2nd overall in the 2010 ARHM customer satisfaction survey.

As a member of the Ombudsman Service: Property,  Mainstay takes the concerns of its customers extremely seriously and ensures that these are resolved through the use of its published complaints procedure.
