We are one of the most successful managing agents in the UK, managing a wide range of developments, from 10 unit conversions to 1,200 unit complex mixed use new build schemes. We currently manage over 35,000 units. We haven't 'bought' our portfolio, our growth has been almost entirely organic. We understand that we are principally a customer service business. Yes, we have the technical skills, but we also ask our customers what they want and respond promptly to their enquiries. We communicate.
We do not put the needs of individuals with their own agenda above those of the community - we will not be brow beaten and work for the benefit of the majority.
TransparencyWe are transparent and we do things by the book. There are lots of regulations and legislation relating to property management and we don't bypass any of it.
Credit Control
Credit control is paramount in managing all property. We take a tough stance on prompt payment in accordance with the terms of the lease. Our customers and clients prefer it this way.
Accreditation and Regulation
We are properly insured, our client funds are kept in separate trust accounts, all of our electronic data is backed up daily and held off site, we are FSA regulated, we are members of ARMA (and our MD is a former Chairman), we are founding members of ARHM and we are a member firm of the RICS.
In short you can rely on us to look after your service charges diligently.
PartnershipChoosing your managing agent can be a difficult and lengthy process. We have been asked to replace other agents from numerous schemes nationwide and know what to ask for and how to forge partnerships with our new customers. We have customers who will tell you about their experiences.
