Case Studies

Case Study 1

"I joined Mainstay on the 30th of June — it was the first time I have had a non-customer facing role and the first time I have worked as part of a big team within a large office floor. I was lucky enough to be inducted via the new system Mainstay has in place allowing me to liase with each main department for an hour or so enabling me to gather a better working knowledge of my role and have the opportunity to meet colleagues.

The welcome was incredibly warm and my introduction was intense! I have listened to my supervisors and now feel comfortable with respect to my working knowledge, it's nice to progress to the point where I can carry out most of my duties without too much guidance.

All of the staff I have met (without exception) have been incredibly kind and I am very grateful for this. The most reassuring thing I have personally noticed is how many people here are veterans - Coming from a bank with a very high staff turn-over it is great to see how many people want Mainstay as their career paths and I believe this is a credit to the management staff and procedures in place."

Case Study 2

"From my very first day I felt welcomed and included by every member of my team and other departments. They have been supportive and helpful in every way. The training that I have received has been good, and still continues, if something comes up that I am not 100% sure of I know that I have the support and guidance of my team to help me.

I have been made to feel like a welcomed and valued member of the Credit Control team and Mainstay. My manager has been wonderful and I feel that I could approach her with anything, which is rare these days."
