Graduate recruits prove successful initiative for Mainstay

As part of Mainstay's commitment to developing talent in the property management industry, it has invested in the Mainstay Academy. A major element of the Mainstay Academy is our Graduate Programme, first introduced in 2013 and aimed at nurturing talent and fast-tracking graduates to a career position within the Mainstay Group.

Leadership Training

As part of a wider focus on personal development and to enhance the skills of managers within the organisation, some 20 of Mainstay’s senior managers have recently completed a year of tailored leadership training led by Ian Banister of Sandlea Associates. In addition to the development of individual management and leadership skills, the principal focus of the programme was on developing a proactive solutions based approach to delivering great customer service.
