Donna Davies

Donna has worked in Facilities Management for many years and has been responsible for the management of services and processes.

Delivering a consistent service across multiple sites throughout the UK Donna has been responsible for looking after some high profile portfolios including Birmingham Airport. She is both strategic and operationally minded - going from exploring long term goals to planning the day-to-day operations.

Within FM it's all about delivering exceptional value for money and passing back those cost savings to the customer. We take a partnership approach and treat our customers' business as our business. 

 

Daniel Jones

Daniel joined Mainstay in 2013 with 10 years' experience in staff management. His Mainstay career started as facilities supervisor and progressed to Facilities Manager for the Midlands and South West region, managing staff located at approximately 40 sites, across the Midlands and South West England and Wales. In August 2016 Daniel was promoted to Senior Facilities Manager supporting the whole FM business.

Saheed started his experience in Facilities Management 14 years ago after gaining B.Sc. in Property Management in Nigeria, he worked in both private and the public sector in Nigeria before relocating to the United Kingdom.

Saheed completed his M.Sc. Project Management in Construction from the University of Salford, Manchester in 2009 and worked briefly in the private sector but developed within the NHS where he worked through the ranks to becoming Multi-site Facilities Manager before joining Mainstay as the North Facilities Manager.

Providing excellence customer service to clients while ensuring best practice within his team has always been his desire, these Saheed will bring into Mainstay.

Saheed Holds IOSH managing safely certificate and Prince2 Project management.

Rona Moreland

Finance Manager

Rona joined Mainstay in 2004 as a Purchase Ledger Assistant within Mainstay Residential Client Accounting, progressing through a senior role before joining the Group Accounting team in 2006. As part of her role she undertook the daily accounting function for the newly formed Facilities department. Rona progressed into the role of FM Finance Manager in 2008 and then on to her current position of FM Finance and Helpdesk Manager. Now Rona has responsibility for financial reporting as well as delivering excellent customer service to our clients and supporting the FM operational teams through the centralised finance and helpdesk functions.
