Mainstay FM, the facilities arm of the Mainstay Group has recently expanded the number of mobile Maintenance Technicians operating in the field. The recent expansion allows Mainstay FM to provide reactive and proactive maintenance across England and Wales.

I would like to provide some feedback on the quality of Estate Services at Highams Green.

The estate grounds and building common areas are kept in a good state of repair and cleanliness. Contractors are managed well such that work is done in a timely fashion and areas left tidy afterwards.

We are kept informed about planned works and their completion through notices in our block. Any defects or required works notified are responded to and dealt with appropriately. On the rare occasions necessary he has politely informed residents of any un-neighbourly behaviour..

My understanding is that all these services are managed by Matt Knight, therefore I can only say that his performance is excellent. Not only that but he is polite, helpful and good humoured in all interactions. Furthermore, in one particular issue he was helpful in confirming an error in the allocation of water meters to our properties and facilitated the correction and on-site liaison with Thames Water. Overall we consider the presence of Matt as an asset to life at Highams Green

Approachable and Trustworthy

Matt is great chap to have on site at Highams Park – he is approachable and trustworthy, two very important traits to have in someone who is technical looking after your property! I would gladly leave my keys with him if I needed something to be looked at in my flat and trust him completely.

He always say hello in the morning and on his rounds of the flats and I believe all residents would know who he was and where to find him. The grounds seem to managed very well too.

I am totally happy with him as our Site Manager and rate him highly!
