Paul brings a wealth of business and strategic management experience from his career spanning the Public and Private sectors. He has held a number of Director level posts with market leaders in the fast growth FM Outsourcing and Building Services sector.
Sue Petri MIRPM
Director - Business Development
As well as overseeing the work of our regional block and facilities management teams, Sue has direct responsibility for client services and relationship management for our Business Process Outsourcing and Student operations.
Paul Stevenson BSc, ACMA
Finance Director
Paul joined Mainstay in February 2007 and is responsible for Group Finance, IT, Payroll, Group Accounting and all financial activities relating to the administration of Client Accounting.
Charles Lucas MRICS, MIPRM
New Business & Technical Director
With over 25 years experience, Charles is an expert at creating service charge matrices and budgets for complex developments and has been instrumental in developing consultancy services with developers.
Bill Spray MIRPM
Director - Facilities Management
Bill joined Mainstay in 2003 as it’s first Area Property Manager and now has overall responsibility for all aspects of Facilities Management within Mainstay. Through his experience he provides strategic input for continuous improvement across the business.
Ian Smallman MIRPM
Director - Property Operations
With over 20 years experience within the sector, Ian joined Mainstay in 2004 as an Area Property Manager. As well as overseeing the work of our regional estates teams, Ian now has direct responsibility for client services and relationship management.
John Colley FRICS
Commercial Property Director
John has more than 25 years experience within the commercial property sector, is a Fellow of RICS and as head of Mainstay’s Commercial Property division, brings significant expertise in the management of all types of commercial property.
David Clark FIRPM
Principal
David has over 25 years experience in leasehold residential and mixed use estate management. He is a passionate advocate for raising standards in the industry, was closely involved in the formation of IRPM, and Chairman of ARMA for 3 years.
