MAINSTAY LAUNCHES PDA PROPERTY INSPECTION

In a continuing effort to meet the highest demonstrable standards, Mainstay has recently launched the first tailored PDA site inspection system for property managers which has been devised in conjunction with Advanced New Technology Ltd (ANT) who already provide Risk Assessment software for the firm.

The PDA based system:

- Is a simple handheld telephone
and camera device;
- Is paperless and easy to operate
from site;
- Allows rapid transfer of jobs
and issues from site to head
office including works order
generation;
- Provides measurable reporting at
a variety of levels both for the
property and benchmarked against
regional or national data;
- Evidences site activity to
customers and clients and tracks
improvements over time;
- Assists Mainstay in maintaining
safe, secure and well maintained
living environments.
