Description of expected duties and role:

The following duties will be carried out, however, the list is not exhaustive as there are numerous other tasks which may arise from time to time: -You are responsible to ensure that the Blocks in the development are to a clean and acceptable standard.You are to assist residents, guests and visitors when and where required, as long as it does not detract from your duties.Ability to follow instruction from managers.Ensure that the common parts of the building are kept clear of obstructions at all times.

Liason with relevant external parties in relation to the above, dealing with all other aspects of consents pertinent to long leasehold and freehold properties. To recover all unpaid Service Charge and Ground Rent charges and maximise cash collection.
